What you’ll learn

You will learn to:

  • Post a complete journal entry from a real source document, and explain why it must balance
  • Run the full order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, including the three-way match
  • Build and read AR/AP ageing, and manage collections and payment runs
  • Run a complete payroll cycle and reconcile it to the general ledger
  • Apply depreciation methods correctly and maintain a real fixed asset register
  • Perform a genuine bank reconciliation and investigate every unmatched item
  • Apply GST (CGST/SGST/IGST, the 2.0 slabs) and TDS correctly to real transactions
  • Run a complete month-end close: cut-off, adjustments, review and sign-off
  • Independently find and correct real, planted exceptions a balanced trial balance would not reveal
  • Build a P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement and notes to accounts directly from a trial balance
  • Design proportionate internal controls and reason through fraud risk and segregation of duties
  • Use TallyPrime and Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) for real reconciliation work
  • Independently close a complete simulated month, start to finish, as the course capstone

Real datasets

a complete monthly close for one fictional manufacturer, start to finish.

You work through one running case, Kaveri Industrial Components Private Limited, using a real chart of accounts, subledgers, payroll register, fixed asset register, GST/TDS schedules and bank reconciliation, all built from the same reconciled dataset as the videos -- including three deliberately planted exceptions you find and resolve yourself. The company and every figure are fictional and used only for teaching.

A practical assessment, a downloadable workbook with defined tasks, is submitted alongside the graded exam before a certificate is issued.

On completion, Eduints issues a verifiable PDF certificate with a QR code confirming your completion and assessment score. It confirms course completion. It is not a university degree, government licence or professional accreditation.

This course is practical educational training. It is not a professional qualification, accounting licence, statutory authorisation or government-accredited certification, and completing it does not qualify anyone to sign statutory financial statements or act as a company's statutory auditor. The client, its people, documents and every figure are entirely fictional and are used only for teaching. GST rates reflect the GST 2.0 slab structure effective 22 September 2025; TDS section references use the Income Tax Act, 2025 renumbering effective 1 April 2026; PF and other statutory rates are illustrative educational assumptions. All such rates, thresholds and section numbers change over time -- verify current requirements with a qualified professional and the relevant government source (CBIC, the Income Tax Department, EPFO) before any real-world use.
