These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eduints website, online courses, digital learning materials, assessments, certificates and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any Service. By creating an account, placing an order, accessing course content or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About Eduints

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Course Information and Content

• create or distribute a competing course substantially based on Eduints Content; or
• circumvent technical measures designed to protect the Services.

A violation may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content made available by Eduints, including but not limited to videos, recordings, datasets, spreadsheets, workbooks, templates, graphics, text, illustrations, course structures, assessments, examination questions, answer keys, software components, logos, branding and other materials (“Eduints Content”) is owned by or licensed to Eduints and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Eduints Content to you.

Subject to these Terms, Eduints grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased Eduints Content solely for your permitted educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Eduints Content except where expressly permitted by Eduints in writing or where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Downloadable Materials

Where downloadable materials are provided, they are supplied for the customer’s permitted educational use.

You may use such materials for your own learning and for lawful work-related purposes where the applicable course or licence permits such use.

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, upload, sublicense or commercially package the original Eduints materials themselves.

11. Assessments and Examinations

Where a course includes an examination or practical assessment, Eduints may establish and update reasonable assessment rules, eligibility requirements, time limits and minimum passing requirements.

Eduints may invalidate or withhold an assessment result or certificate where there is reasonable evidence of:

• cheating;
• impersonation;
• unauthorized assistance;
• examination-content sharing;
• multiple-account misuse;
• manipulation of assessment systems; or
• other material misconduct.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Eduints may provide an opportunity for clarification or review before taking final action.

12. Certificates

A certificate issued by Eduints confirms only the completion of the stated course and/or assessment requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an Eduints certificate is not:

• a university degree;
• an academic qualification issued by a university or statutory educational authority;
• a government licence;
• a professional licence;
• a statutory professional qualification;
• an accreditation by a regulator; or
• a guarantee of employment, promotion or salary.

The format, verification method, validity conditions and certificate requirements may be specified separately for each course.

Eduints may refuse or revoke a certificate where it was obtained through fraud, impersonation, cheating, unauthorized access or other material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by law.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. Eduints does not control or guarantee the availability, security or uninterrupted operation of third-party payment systems.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

An order is considered accepted only after successful payment confirmation and such other verification as may reasonably be required.

Eduints reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors and, where legally required, provide an appropriate remedy.

14. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are governed by the Eduints Refund Policy published on the website.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Where digital course access, downloadable materials, assessments or other digital content have been made available or accessed, refunds may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In the event of a duplicate successful payment for the same transaction, the duplicate amount may be refunded after reasonable verification.

Fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive refund or chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination, subject to applicable law.

15. Technical Requirements and Availability

Access to the Services may depend on your device, internet connection, browser, operating system, software and third-party services.

Eduints does not guarantee that the Services will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or software environment.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, internet outages, hosting providers, payment providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

We will use reasonable efforts to restore material service interruptions within a reasonable period.

16. Third-Party Services

Eduints is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, policy changes or actions of third-party providers to the extent outside Eduints’ reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, representation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduints and its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profits, income, business opportunity, employment opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Eduints arising out of or relating to a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Eduints for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduints, its founders, directors, officers, employees, representatives and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under mandatory Indian law.

28. Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or any other lawful dispute-resolution mechanism.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory jurisdictional rights, courts having competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s right to approach a competent consumer authority, court, commission or other forum where such right cannot lawfully be restricted.

These Terms, together with the applicable course page, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Eduints concerning the Services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail.

33. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Eduints’ prior written consent.

You agree that electronic records, click-wrap acceptance, account creation, payment confirmation, email communications and other electronic communications may constitute valid evidence of your agreement and transactions, to the extent recognized under applicable law.
