Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
At Eduints, we provide digital educational content that is made available electronically after purchase. Because access to digital courses and related learning materials may be provided immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through Eduints are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances expressly described in this Policy or where a refund is required under applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing digital educational content and that access may be provided immediately after payment.
Accordingly, refunds will generally not be provided due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the course, failure to complete the course, or failure to obtain an expected result.
2. When a Refund May Be Provided
A refund may be considered where Eduints is unable to deliver the purchased Service after reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Examples may include:
- Eduints is unable to provide access to the purchased course;
- the purchased course is permanently unavailable due to an issue attributable to Eduints;
- a paid Service purchased by the customer was not delivered due to an error attributable to Eduints; or
- another material failure by Eduints prevents the customer from receiving the purchased Service and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
Where a technical or access issue can reasonably be corrected, Eduints may first attempt to restore access or otherwise provide the purchased Service before considering a refund.
3. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided merely because you:
- changed your mind;
- no longer wish to take the course;
- purchased the course by mistake;
- found the course difficult;
- do not have sufficient time to complete the course;
- did not use or complete the course;
- purchased another course;
- no longer require the course;
- are dissatisfied with the teaching style, course structure or level of difficulty;
- expected a different outcome; or
- believe the course was not suitable for your personal needs after purchase.
We encourage customers to review the course description, syllabus, requirements and other available information before purchasing.
4. No Refund Based on Expected Results
Eduints does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, examination success, business success, income, professional opportunities or any other particular outcome.
Accordingly, refunds will not be provided because a learner did not achieve a desired academic, professional, financial or business result.
Individual outcomes depend on factors outside Eduints’ control.
5. Course Access and Usage
Once access to digital course content has been provided, the purchase is considered fulfilled unless Eduints is unable to provide the purchased Service as described in this Policy.
Failure to access, watch or complete course content does not by itself create a right to a refund.
6. Technical Issues
Temporary technical problems do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If you are unable to access a purchased Service because of a technical issue, you should contact Eduints at: info@eduints.com
We may reasonably attempt to troubleshoot and restore access.
Where the issue is caused by Eduints and cannot reasonably be resolved within a reasonable period, Eduints may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include continued access, replacement access, extension of access or, where appropriate, a refund.
Technical problems caused by your device, internet connection, browser, operating system, third-party software, payment provider or other circumstances outside Eduints’ reasonable control generally do not qualify for a refund.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a verified duplicate transaction, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.
Customers should provide the relevant transaction references when contacting us.
8. Failed, Reversed or Unsuccessful Payments
If a payment fails, is automatically reversed or is not successfully received by Eduints, no course entitlement will be created until the payment is successfully completed.
Where an amount has been debited from your account but the transaction is not successfully completed, the matter may need to be resolved through the relevant payment provider or banking channel.
Eduints will reasonably assist in verifying transaction status where required.
9. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, you should notify your payment provider and contact Eduints promptly.
Eduints may investigate suspected unauthorized transactions.
Refunds in such cases will be handled based on the transaction circumstances, payment-provider information and applicable law.
10. Chargebacks
Customers are requested to contact Eduints before initiating a payment chargeback where the issue relates to course access, delivery or another Service concern.
Eduints reserves the right to provide transaction records, account information, access records and other relevant evidence to payment providers, banks or appropriate authorities where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of the relevant account, subject to applicable law.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounted Purchases
Discounted, promotional or limited-time purchases remain subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise.
A discount or promotional price does not by itself create a right to cancellation or refund.
12. Course Changes or Updates
Eduints may improve, update, revise or modify course content, materials, examples, assessments, software references or other learning resources from time to time.
Such changes do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, provided that Eduints continues to provide the essential purchased Service.
Where reasonably necessary, Eduints may replace or update content to maintain or improve the educational value of the course.
13. Course Discontinuation
If Eduints permanently discontinues a purchased course or is otherwise unable to provide the essential purchased Service, Eduints may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- provide continued or replacement access where reasonably possible;
- provide an equivalent alternative Service; or
- provide a refund where Eduints determines that a refund is appropriate.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Eduints will comply with that requirement.
14. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any refund, cancellation, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Where a mandatory legal requirement applies, Eduints will comply with that requirement.
15. Refund Method
Where Eduints approves a refund, the refund will generally be made through the original payment method or another method reasonably determined by Eduints or the relevant payment provider.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment network.
Eduints is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems after the refund has been initiated.
16. Refund Amount
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded will generally be limited to the amount actually paid to Eduints for the affected Service, subject to applicable law.
Third-party charges, banking charges or payment-processing charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and where such amounts were not retained by Eduints.
Eduints will not be responsible for foreign exchange differences, bank charges or other third-party costs outside its control unless otherwise required by law.
17. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under an eligible circumstance, please contact: info@eduints.com
Your request should include:
- the email address associated with your Eduints account;
- order or transaction reference;
- course name; and
- a brief description of the issue.
Eduints may request reasonable information necessary to verify the transaction and determine whether the circumstances qualify under this Policy.
18. Review of Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on the actual circumstances of the transaction and the applicable terms of the purchase.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Eduints reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements of this Policy, subject to applicable law.
19. Account Suspension Following Refund Abuse
Eduints may restrict or suspend account access where it reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in fraudulent purchases, repeated abusive refund requests, unauthorized account sharing, payment abuse or other misuse of the Services.
This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
20. Limitation of Refund Policy
This Policy applies specifically to refunds and cancellations for Eduints Services.
It should be read together with the Eduints Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
In the event of a conflict between this Policy and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
21. Changes to this Policy
Eduints may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, payment processes, business practices or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect at the time of that purchase, except where an update is required by law to apply differently.
